In documents is specified that Shilyaev who now holds a position of the deputy chairman, will be elected the chairman of the board from the moment of receiving by notice bank from the Central Bank about coordination of its candidate to this position. Up to this point temporary execution of functions of the chairman of the board is assigned to it.
Shareholders also elected by p bank board of directors as a part of Alexey Nefedov, Anatoly Fomin, Yury Gusev, Mikhail Grebeshev, Dmitry Maksimov, Alexey Korotenko, Alexander Suchkov, Dmitry Shilyaev. Meeting of shareholders decided p that dividends on common and preference shares of bank following the results of 2015 will not be paid. The part of profit of 295,43 million rubles will be sent to reserve fund of bank, profit of 5,613 billion is decided to leave unallotted.
