The prosecutor's office the Anuchinsky area carried out an inspection of performance of the legislation on corruption counteraction in the sphere of municipal service in administration of the Anuchinsky municipal area during which violations of requirements of the law are revealed.
It is established that the head of administration of the municipal area published the order about employment gr-on O. which is appointed to a position of the head of department of GOChS and MT and is accepted on municipal service without carrying out contest for post of municipal service.
It is rough violation of requirements of the federal legislation, and also the decision of the local Duma to which the duty of carrying out competition in such cases is established.
Besides, acceptance of the person on municipal service without carrying out competition breaks the principle of creation of conditions of realization by citizens of the rights for equal access to municipal service.
Considering these circumstances, the prosecutor of the area brought a protest on the order of the head of administration of the municipal area, and also representation with requirements to eliminate the revealed violations is brought.
Acts of public prosecutor's reaction are considered and satisfied in full. The order about acceptance on service is cancelled, person illegally accepted on municipal service is dismissed. The guilty official of administration of the Anuchinsky municipal area is brought to a disciplinary responsibility.
