It is established that to the director of municipal unitary enterprise within two months in 2015 on the basis of its oral instructions the salary in an overestimated size was unreasonably charged, as a result from means of the municipal enterprise more than 73 thousand rubles Due to the revealed violations were paid to it, the prosecutor appealed to court with the statement of claim to the director of the enterprise about collecting the sum of superficial enrichment. Court, having agreed with a position of supervising department, met requirements of the prosecutor in full.
