during hearings the security guard Ikromdzhon Nabikhanov apologized to p before a family of the pensioner Nina Antonova and reported that smoothed down material harm. The judge Alla Ermakova took out the resolution on diversion concerning it.
At the same time the deputy director of a supermarket Maria Proshchalykina refused to admit guilt, hearings concerning it will be continued.

According to the investigators, on April 19 the security guard of Pyaterochka shop on Staroderevenskaya Street Ikromdzhon Nabikhanov and the deputy director Maria Proshchalykina suspected the 89-year-old woman of plunder of products and decided it to search. The employee of shop withdrew from the pensioner a package with products, and the man clasped it hands. On Proshchalykin Street seized the victim by a hand because of what the last fell and got a fracture of a neck of the left femur, investigators note. The woman took away in hospital.
