In the Norwegian city of Bergen in the past weekend took place the XXXVII International Hanseatic days where the Pskov delegation – the indispensable participant of all similar actions of the last time visited also.
For Pskov which in 2019 itself will accept Hansa, regular participation in a forum – a good way to create own positive image and to estimate strangers of good luck and misses.
Hansa is a tradition, and in Modern times of its action too submit to the got schedule. At the program surely there are a procession of delegations, opening ceremonial, reception of officials by the mayor of the capital of Hansa.
Traditionally brightly passes opening of a Hanseatic court yard which means self-presentation of the participating cities of a Hanseatic forum, performances at concert venues of creative collectives.
There is also a business part – Economic Hansa where investment projects of the Hanseatic cities are submitted and is created a basis for adjustment of business contacts, – and official: meeting of delegates.
– At this meeting two reports – representatives of the city which accepted Hanseatic days last year, and city which will accept relay are obligatory, – the head of Pskov Ivan Tsetsersky explains. – Last owners of Hansa report about economic effect of action – and the effect, as a rule, impresses. Hotels, cafe and restaurants, trade – everything works with a big turn, to the full extent, tourist routes, guides to the maximum are involved. And future owners of Hansa submit to delegates from the cities the program.
This year the program was presented by the Dutch city of Kampen which will accept Hansa in 2017. Acceptance of the city of Porkhov in the Hanseatic union of Modern times appeared an important point for Russia as a whole and the Pskov area in particular.
And this achievement became possible thanks to a porkhovsky unique person, the tireless enthusiast – it is not enough such people, but their vigorous energy suffices on many good deeds.
Martinas Narmontas – the personality known, keen, rare. The veteran of mail, the researcher and the keeper of traditions, the author of idea about installation of milestones in the cities milestones of old post paths, the founder of museum birch bark mail … Exactly thanks to "a birch bark initiative" it appeared as a part of the Pskov delegation on Hansa-2013 which was accepted then by the German city of Gerford. It happened to it and personally to teach the burgomaster of Lubeck and the president of the Hanseatic union of Modern times Bernd Zakse to the Russian alphabet. And then there was an idea and research interest – instead of whether there can to be also Porkhov in this union? It appeared that can: in 2016 the Pskov delegation very much took care of Porkhov's acceptance in the union. And everything took place. So now in the Pskov area two Hanseatic cities.
Other important procedure – elections of presidium of the Hanseatic union of Modern times. Russians interceded for that the presidium consisting of five people, again included Olga Popova: in six years of work it well proved and was credible colleagues.
Elections were and at young generation: the presidium of youth Hansa included representatives of German of Libshtadt and the Dutch Kampen, the owner of Hansa-2017.
At the young – the program, with accent on active and a healthy lifestyle, on informative actions. There was, for example, an ascension on a mountain track on the highest point of the city. There were master classes – from dancing to amateur.
– Pskov "court yard" enjoyed popularity, – estimates our achievements in Norway and Alexander Robin (The Pskov city youth center). – I consider, deservedly. The mass of souvenirs – from ceramics, nested dolls, Khokhloma and author's things to gastronomic "counters" – like sushka, steering-wheels, grassy chayov was presented.
We examined presentations of other cities and understood, on what it will be necessary to pay special attention: it is necessary to do a lot of souvenir products with Hansa Pskov and Pskov Hanseatic – that to all sufficed. It goes in flight, being obligatory point of souvenir shopping for any tourist. Well, and, of course, our "Narration" – it showed all that such Russia and Pskov!
The creative collective under the leadership of Konstantin Ababkov already received the invitation to the following Hansa, in the Dutch Kampen, – so recognition not only spectator, but also professional. The invitation not from somebody, and from the main director of the International Hanseatic days 2017.
Still Ivan Tsetsersky very much highly appreciated a local children's wind band which executed national music, striding on small streets, and chorus of Bergen which can be considered as some kind of card of the city. The great number of actors who worked for one purpose, – as can be presented the city better.
– It will be precisely a shame to us with cultural part not, and here the infrastructure should be put in order, – the head of Pskov estimated prospects. – Facades, moving of shabby housing, repair of roads and the yards, the available environment, foot zones – the mass of projects demands a responsible approach and high-quality realization.
Still residents of Pskov paid attention to rather small amount of police officers and … continuation of a roadwork, despite festivities in the city. Not the most positive impression, – because in this respect to us grow and grow, – purity at bus stops, streets, everywhere.
– The main goal of visit of Hanseatic days on departure – to examine experience of carrying out similar actions and to increase recognition of our city, – Ivan Tsetsersky speaks. – For example, this year we placed in our tent a map with the signature "Pskov – the capital of the XXXIX International Hanseatic days in 2019". I paid attention that many approached to consider this map and photographed it. Also it is the certificate of a keen interest to Pskov as to future Hanseatic capital.
The holiday culmination – a Hanseatic party (there an entrance paid, for a contribution), and in end all delegates once again pass through city streets, and owners of Hansa pass on baton to the following city which has confirmed the right to become the Hanseatic capital.

– Hansa is a unique opportunity to feel spirit of a unification, hospitality of owners, to get acquainted with new people. The program of Hanseatic days is designed for the most different visitors. This fine in itself, but it is necessary to mark out and the important strategic point: it is the general holiday which passes in the warm and friendly atmosphere. Understanding a present difficult international situation, we were ready to everything, but got warm welcome. It also is national policy.
By the way, the Pskov delegation – only which went on streets of Bergen not only with a city flag, but also National flag, the Russian tricolor. And this absolutely special feeling when you go with the flag on others earth. When on our country there is a massive information attack, it is very important – to feel our unity.
To Russians the good feeling, despite everything remains. Inhabitants of the Baltic countries approached to us, even the girl from Bulgaria approached – simply to communicate, talk in Russian. This kind relation needs to be maintained and developed.

– Pskov was presented very adequately! Especially I will note incendiary performance of Narration ensemble. About popularity of the Russian culture, about interest to our country tells a huge number of the people which gathered for speech of our actors, crowded at our tent …
It not only a large-scale holiday, but also the action, allowing to execute more important mission. First, during the present difficult period when many try to see threat in Russia, such events allow to communicate to simple people from the different countries. In this close interaction it is clear that Russians – live people, simple and sincere, and exactly from here originate also the normal, healthy relations between the countries and the people. And secondly, this action – not only and not so much a holiday, how many opportunity to make the Hanseatic city more comfortable and well-planned first of all for his inhabitants. I supervise infrastructure projects and therefore paid special attention to this party. In the Norwegian Bergen the city infrastructure is developed, and it is clear that this level was reached systematically, consistently, instead of "just about", by a holiday. And it just that now does Pskov. We use action not to take a walk and forget and in order that to inhabitants of Pskov subsequently was more comfortably.
We chose right points of growth – since a conclusion from the city of cargo transport, implementation of the Clear water project and creation of a tourist and recreational cluster "Pskov". It not a holiday for the sake of a holiday, and work on prospect. Silly also it is not necessary to create a window-dressing – an action essence not in it. And we apprehended this thought – including thanks to efforts of the head of Pskov. If several years ago many badly represented that this such – Hansa, now all this finds absolutely new sounding.

– In Bergen our "Narration" was the only collective from Russia. We gave eight unforgettable for us and the audience of concerts. For us from a platform to a platform many people went. Those who already listened to us, wanted to bring friends, relatives on the following concert. Therefore we passed from a platform to a platform in an environment of guests of a festival speaking different languages. I think, they wanted to be gathered at us vital energy, optimism. We acted, as always, cheerfully, emotionally. It was promoted by fine weather which we were met by Bergen, and fantastic beauty of the nature.
Our bus did not manage to drive off from Bergen, and the main director of the International Hanseatic days 2017 which will pass in the Dutch city of Kampen, already sent the invitation to our e-mail address. He suggested "Narration" to act on the best platforms of a festival. The offer which it is impossible to refuse!
In 2019, I consider, the main thing – to show beauty and identity of our ancient city, its culture, hospitality and hospitality. The more delegations from the different cities of the Hanseatic union of Modern times will arrive to Pskov, the holiday will be brighter.
And as the musician and the head of big ensemble I dream of convenient scenic platforms with the good sound-amplifying equipment, comfortable places for disguise and that the program of performances allowed actors to prepare without haste for a meeting with the audience.
