Government of Sakhalin region optimize structure

On June 16 at meeting Oblastnaya duma deputies approved the bill "About Modification of Some Acts Sakhalin Region and about Recognition Become Invalid for Separate Provisions of Some Acts". The document suggests to unite in one legal entity Government of Sakhalin region, governor apparatus and the governments and Administration office affairs of Governor and government Sakhalin region. It appears, these are the different organizations with the accounts departments.
