2 . Natural and legal entities are allowed to participation in auction. The step of auction is established of 3% of the initial price of a lot.
3 . 4 . For participation in auction applicants provide in established in the notice on holding the auction term the following documents:
1) the application for participation in auction on established in the notice on holding the auction to a form with the indication of bank details of the account for deposit return;
2) copies of the documents proving the identity of the applicant (for citizens);
3) properly certified translation into Russian of documents on the state registration of the legal entity according to the legislation of the foreign state in case the applicant is the foreign legal entity;
4) the documents confirming introduction of a deposit.

6 . Order taking for participation in auction – from June 04, 2016 to July 04, 2016 (order taking is carried out in the working days).
Date and time of definition of participants of auction – on July 8, 2016 at 10:00 .
7 . Auction will take place on July 11, 2016 at 15:00 . The winner of auction will be the participant who has offered during the auction the highest price of the right for the conclusion of the lease contract of the land plot.
8 . Order of the conclusion of the lease contract of the land plot:
The organizer of auction sends to the winner of auction or the only its participant who has taken part in auction three copies of the signed draft agreement of rent of the land plot to ten-day time from the date of drawing up the protocol on results of auction. Thus the size of an annual rent is determined by the lease contract of the land plot in a size offered by the winner of auction, or in case of the conclusion of the specified contract with the only thing by its participant who has taken part in auction is established in a size equal to the initial price of a subject of auction.
9 .
