Let's remind, Nikita Mikhalkov appealed to court in February, 2016 with the requirement to make responsible Russian information agency "FederalPress" and daily social and political business newspaper "Izvestiya" that in September of last year they published a number of the materials discrediting, according to the director, his reputation. In them it was said that to the Russian union of owners prolonged state accreditation for collecting one percent from the cost of electronic devices and the carriers which are traded on for reproduction of soundtracks and audiovisual works. The director is sure that the published headings make impression that the tax will be personally collected by him, instead of the Union of owners which he heads, and its photos as illustrations to the text "strengthen false impression and trust of readers to negative and unreliable information", is spoken in the claim. The director demands to collect more than 4,5 million rubles from mass media. At the previous three meetings which have taken place in March and April of this year, the party continued to defend the positions according to which Nikita Mikhalkov still estimates the moral sufferings from publications at some million rubles, mass media do not recognize claim requirements in full. The lawyer of Russian information agency "FederalPress" Borisov Eugenie considers that now in business there are no proofs confirming volume of moral harm. "Nobody submitted such proofs. Besides, in case papers there is no confirmation of that Nikita Mikhalkov in general knows about the process beginning", - the lawyer notes. At present each of the parties presented results of linguistic examinations. However the court offered the claimant and respondents to think over purpose of other, judicial, linguistic examination as results of available researches of the text are opposite each other. Now the parties prepare offers concerning an examination venue. Also the court became interested in the decision on the similar dispute considered by Gagarinsky district court of Moscow in the claim of Mizalkov to RBC where Nikita Mikhalkov were refused claim requirements. Russian information agency "FederalPress" will be shined by a meeting course directly from a hall. Probably, the future meeting will be final.
