The Vladivostok businessman took in long-term rent of 21 hectares of lands of agricultural purpose, but in two years at it did not grow anything, except weeds. For the negligent relation to a fertile soil the territorial administration of Rosselkhoznadzor initiated proceedings on an administrative offense.
Rosselkhoznadzor Management across Primorsky Krai and the Sakhalin region within information exchange from administration of the Mikhaylovsky municipal area received data on idle time of 21 hectares of lands of agricultural purpose. The land plot was leased in 2013 for 59 years individual businessman-headed the country economy, living in Vladivostok.
Departure of inspectors of land supervision to the district of the village of Nekruglovo near which the specified site is located, confirmed received information. Really, the farmland which could bring a crop of vegetables or forms food supply for cattle, stood idle idle. At the same time from a field of such area it would be annually possible to receive about 50 tons of grain and leguminous crops, 280 tons of potatoes, 360 tons of vegetables of an open ground or 430 tons of a fodder melon field and hay. But instead only weeds in the field grew. And, judging by intensity of a zarastaniye and lack of traces of agrotechnical and phytosanitary actions, fight against them as that is demanded by the Land code of the Russian Federation, the owner was not carried out.
For violation of the rules of operation of lands of agricultural purpose which can cause decrease in their fertility, Rosselkhoznadzor Management across Primorsky Krai and the Sakhalin region against the individual entrepreneur initiated proceedings on an administrative offense for which punishment in the form of a penalty from 50 to 100 thousand rubles is prescribed.
