The ARMTORG media group led by the editor of the Bulletin of an Armaturostroitel magazine and Armtorg.ru portal, Yuldashev Igor visited with business visit LLC "UZTPA". The Ugreshsky plant was founded in 2009 in the city Dzerzhinsk Moscow region, construction of cases of future modern plant began then.
Construction of the first production shop of 3000 sq.m and the administrative block took less than two years. While builders laid the foundations under machines and the equipment of the first stage, the management of plant concluded large contracts with the largest global manufacturers on delivery of the most modern metalworking, welding and test equipment. In 2011 the first shop left the first skilled spherical Du10-Du300 cranes of mm. From this point the enterprise begins the first deliveries and promptly develops. Only two and a half years later the enterprise celebrated important date which is brought in plant history: in 2014 25 000th anniversary sharovy crane - the sharovy Du1200 crane of mm full bore – at present the largest nomenclature unit in a line of a batch production of the enterprise was made.
Also considerably the collective grew also – 80 highly qualified specialists already worked at the enterprise at that time.
Today the plant management ambitiously makes far-reaching plans. In most short time it was succeeded to construct successfully operating modern Russian enterprise is a success, but on reached the management and staff of the enterprise are not going to stop.
The young enterprise sets before itself the maximum purposes: to achieve double increase in release and realization of made pipeline fittings; to master production of new types of pipeline fittings and to expand a line of serially made production; to employ as 30 more highly skilled employees and many other things. But the most important and first purpose LLC "UZTPA" is to offer the market the Russian pipeline fittings of the highest quality in necessary quantity and to protect partners from unfair suppliers and rate fluctuation of currencies, to be in vanguard of import substitution.
Today LLC "UZTPA" delivers various fittings for networks of gas supply, warm and water supply. Having studied import and Russian samples of pipeline fittings, the design department of the enterprise developed own unique design of spherical cranes and latches with the rubberized wedge, completely adapted for real service conditions on networks Russian Federation.
LLC "UZTPA" a series of spherical Neon cranes for natural gas to Du1200mm, a line of latches of Aquamarine for cold drinking water to Du600mm, and also spherical Neon and Aquarius cranes in special execution makes a line of spherical Aquarius cranes for hot and cold water to Du1200mm.
During a meeting the ARMTORG media group visited production shops "Ugreshsky plant of pipeline fittings". We saw all production phases of production at the enterprise.
Directly process of production is organized according to the technological processes introduced at the enterprise. In shop No. 1 we visited a procuring site with load-lifting mechanisms, tape saws with live rolls and a chamber for drobemyotny processing of preparations. On this site the metalassortment cut is made: bar and a pipe from alloyed and stainless steels on preparations of case details and spindles which arrive further on a warehouse of temporary storage.
Further we examined welding posts and a site of assembly of fittings to Du300mm in production Shop No. 1. In welding posts welding of mouths to cases of spherical cranes, and also welding of branch pipes and the case of spherical cranes is carried out. Welding happens in an automatic mode in the environment of protective gases on welding complexes of the Austrian production. Welding is conducted on the technology certified in NAKS with use of qualitative welding materials.
On a site of mechanical assembly processing of preparations of jams of spherical cranes, branch pipes, cases, mouths, spindles and other details is carried out. The head of marketing department Rusaleev Jaroslaw Borisovich in detail told JSC UZTPA about process of production of the most difficult detail of the spherical crane – a spherical stopper at plant, and also showed equipment and all process of production of jams of spherical cranes to Du300mm.
On a machining site in UZTPA Shop No. 1 uses modern machines of import and Russian production: universal turning and milling machines, lingering and boring machines, the turning and milling processing centers with numerical program control.
The site made impression on our experts hydraulic pressov the enterprise at which by means of specialized equipment of own development and production pressing of jams of spherical cranes to Du300mm, and also compression of cases of spherical cranes of a shtamposvarny design to Du300mm is made.
In Shop No. 1 were also examined a test site on which there is a test of spherical cranes to Du300mm according to GOST 53402-2009, and a site of painting of spherical cranes of small diameter.
Tests each unit of serially made production about what the corresponding entry in the Quality Departments magazines which are on sites is made is exposed.
Further we examined capacities of the production shop No. 2 which total area reaches 7.000 sq.m.
In shop the sites of machining completed with the modern high-precision equipment with numerical - program control on which processing of cast details, valtsovanny feedwells and consolidations of spherical cranes to Du1200mm is made are allocated.
All details are exposed to strict control according to the quality management system of ISO 9001 accepted at the enterprise under Quality Department control.
On welding posts of Shop No. 2 welding process under a layer of protective gumboil of ring seams of spherical cranes to Du1200mm is organized. As well as in shop No. 1, the site is equipped with modern welding complexes of leading foreign producers.
In shop No. 2 three test sites are organized. On them test of spherical cranes to Du1200 of mm in an automatic mode and test of latches with the rubberized wedge in full accordance with GOST 53402-2009 is made, on sites the test bench of the Russian production of PKTBA multion point duty and the automated test benches of the Ventil company are presented.
In shop three assembly sites on which assembly of spherical cranes to Du1200 of mm from the details processed at the enterprise, and also assembly of latches with the rubberized wedge to Du600mm is carried out are allocated.
Also in shop No. 2 there is a painting chamber in which drawing a paint and varnish layer on spherical cranes to Du1200mm is carried out. Painting is carried out high-temperature, filled soil-enamel.
In shop zones of warehousing of the large-size preparations which are on interoperational storage are defined. The warehouse of delivered accessories and flanges, and also the big finished goods warehouse, ready to shipment to the end user is organized.
By results of survey of the enterprise and acquaintance with capacities LLC "UZTPA", it is possible to draw a conclusion that the enterprise is the real acting Russian producer of pipeline fittings to Du1200mm, the plant has all necessary equipment, floor spaces, the highly skilled personnel and operating monitoring system of quality and high degree of the organization of production at each stage to make large volumes of high-quality pipeline fittings.
