New system of payments of remuneration by the anti-recessionary managing director plan to introduce in Belarus. The deputy director of Department for sanitation and bankruptcy of the Ministry of Economics of Republic of Belarus Stanislav Sadovnikov reported about it during a round table on staffing of procedures of bankruptcy in Council of the Republic of National assembly of Republic of Belarus.
"We are compelled to note that because of defects in the operating mechanism the issue of remuneration of managing directors needs to be resolved differently. We already move in this direction. The new system of payment of remuneration by the anti-recessionary managing director already passed coordination of interested parties and is brought in the government. Soon it will arrive on coordination in Presidential Administration and to the head of state", - Stanislav Sadovnikov told.
He noted that an essence of new system in the guaranteed transparency of calculation of payments. "In the case of bankruptcy the managing director will be able independently to charge remuneration for work off a settlement account of the debtor. Besides, the new system provides certain measures for stimulation of managing directors on carrying out actions for sanitation that was not earlier", - the deputy director of Department for sanitation and bankruptcy concluded.
