At meeting there were clubmen, experts in the field of sales, marketing, advertizing of various Penza companies, many of which enter in members of the Penza regional Chamber of Commerce and Industry: JSC Elektromekhanika, SP of Merchants of S.V., JSC Stankomashstroy, JSC Biosintez, "Avangard Bank, JSC Kuznetsk Plant of Condensers, etc.

Alexey Yavkin provided to attention of participants of Club information on positive and negative experience of introduction of IT technologies for work with clients, about that how to win loyalty of the client. Alexey shared personal experience, professional knowledge and practices which work with audience and help to avoid mistakes in practice. In its performance the special attention to such means of marketing and advertizing, as SMS mailing was paid. In his opinion, SMS mailing are an effective remedy for deduction of clients and stimulation of sales, especially if mailings are carried out on the eve of favorable sales, price offers, actions. Besides, he briefly told about introduction of mobile applications for iOS and Android which were today low-demanded among users of the Samara region.

Participants of meeting expressed also various opinions on alternative types of advertizing impact on consumers of goods and services.

Besides, in its performance information on modern instruments of work with target audience on the social networks, new tricks and successful cases on the example of the Dining Room No. 100 project (Astrakhan) was heard. This project was created initially as the usual page in Internet space on one known social network, but gradually thanks to creativity of owners of this institution of public catering this dining room of the popular becomes far outside the Astrakhan region. In completion of the presentation she suggested to discuss one more topical issue concerning professional communications, their planning and application in practice.
