Speaker: the parliament of Libya in the east does not recognize the national consent government

The Presidential Council and the government of a national consent of Libya in the capital of Tripoli are not legitimate without approval by deputies of the House of Representatives (the Libyan parliament) which headquarters is in Tobruk in the east of the country, the speaker of parliament Aquilya Saleh Iza declared in RIA Novosti news agency interview.
