The prosecutor's office of the Sivinsky region of Perm Krai checked addresses of inhabitants of the municipal area about violation of their housing rights.
It is established that families of applicants live in houses which are recognized as the emergency. Technical condition of designs of premises does not allow to ensure safety of life and health of citizens living in it.
According to the current legislation at recognition of houses emergency, to the residents borrowing
apartments
under contracts of social hiring, another has to be provided arranged well
housing
.
However local governments did not provide to citizens other premises, having referred to absence in the settlement of free premises which would be possible to be provided under the contract of social hiring.
By results of check the prosecutor appealed to court with statements of claim about a duty of administration of the rural settlement to provide to the specified citizens under contracts of social hiring certain well-planned rooms.
Claims of the prosecutor are satisfied with decisions of Sivinsky district court in full.
The prosecutor's office controls their execution.
