STS of Media plans to finish reorganization by the end of May

American Media Inc STS. the former only owner of the Russian channels of STS, "House" and "Che", specified estimated terms of reorganization in the form of merge to "daughter" for repayment of 75% of own actions at the Swedish Modern Times Group (MTG) and minority shareholders for $239 million. The company plans to close the transaction in the shortest terms after receiving compensation of tax payments from Federal Tax Service of the USA, transfers "Interfax" with reference to the company message. In STS of Media expect that the transaction will be closed until the end of May. Earlier it was reported that the transaction can be closed to the middle of May.
