American Media Inc STS. the former only owner of the Russian channels of STS, "House" and "Che", specified estimated terms of reorganization in the form of merge to "daughter" for repayment of 75% of own actions at the Swedish Modern Times Group (MTG) and minority shareholders for $239 million.
