Media, JSC Aynyyus and the Izvestiya newspaper for 4,6 million rubles. Including in the claim it is required to exact of 400 thousand rubles as compensation for a misuse of images of Mikhalkov in each of materials.

"We challenge the data submitted the claimant which have to be considered in a context of all text of the publication", - the representative of "Federalpress" told.
Inappropriate, according to the claimant, reality and Mikhalkova discrediting reputation information containing in materials, the Internet versions of data of mass media published on pages was the cause for an appeal to the court. So, on RIA "Federalpress" Internet site on September 18, 2015 there was a publication in which it is spoken that "The Ministry of culture allowed Mikhalkov to be fed from "a tax on pigs" 10 more years". From the publication on a site of the "News", also appeared on September 18 last year, follows that "Nikita Mikhalkov will collect "a tax on pigs" 10 more years".
According to the representative of the press service of the director, the data containing in these materials, are doubtful, and mislead readers, they "distorted data and provided false information about Mikhalkov in an assertive form". Besides, Mikhalkov's protection asked court to oblige to give to mass media a denial of earlier placed false information.
Expression "a tax on pigs" appeared after introduction by the State Duma of collecting in one percent from each mobile phone, the computer, the laptop, a tablet, a video camera, a flash card, CD - or a DVD disk. The right to collect a tax the Russian union of owners which is headed by Mikhalkov, it was allocated in 2010.
