In March-April, 2016 according to the contract on cooperation between OMGUPSOM and Technical university I passed training in Brno on chair " of the Electrician and the electronic engineer " faculty of electrical equipment and communication technologies (FEKT). During training I held three presentations of an author's technique of diagnosing of a condition of mezhvitkovy isolation, joint article with the Czech colleagues is prepared for the publication, official comments and recommendations are received.

Work was carried out under the leadership of professor Frantisek Veselki, and consisted in presentation of results of my researches, and also demonstration of operation of the mobile device for diagnosing of a condition of mezhvitkovy isolation of anchor windings of collector cars. Collaboration was directed on studying of influence of quality of sliding contact on a condition of isolation of anchor windings of collector electric motors and results of its tests on a method of wave responses.

All three presentations, the first in firm on production of special electric cars "EM Brno " are held. In a conference room of the enterprise the demonstration stand was installed, employees were notified on presentation in advance.

Upon completion of the report and demonstration of operation of the diagnostic device discussion of an offered technique took place, the official comment is received.

Further the conducting engineer Jan Zaits conducted fact-finding tour on plant shops during which work of the automated complex on quality check of isolation of the made electric cars was shown. Visit to EM Brno ended with tasting of dishes of ethnic Czech cuisine in a canteen of the enterprise.
The second presentation took place at the VUES plant which is letting out a big range of electric cars from industrial servo-drivers of low power to traction electric motors. Conversation with mister Pyotr Ezhik, the head of the laboratory on testing of isolation of electric motors and insulating materials was of special interest for its production. It showed the equipment of laboratories, told about features of testing of isolation of windings of electric motors of various design, told about new methods and means of tests of electric isolation.
The engineer Yaroslav Nash conducted fact-finding tour on shops of plant, presented reference materials and catalogs of production of firm.

The third presentation was held for employees and students of chair "by of the Electrician and the electronic engineer ". The report included the detailed story about the city of Omsk, University of means of communication and their stories, more detailed description of a technique of diagnosing, the message on results of the carried-out work on chair and demonstration of operation of the mobile device for isolation testing. The head of the department Ondrey Vitek estimated productivity of the done work and provided a personal response.
In the course of training by professor F. Veselka fact-finding excursions to plant on production of hi-tech microscopes of FEI of Brno, on plant on production of optics of Varroc cars of also were organized. New Ichin, Pocherada's power plant of of Louni, international exhibition of electrotechnical production of Amper of Brno.

It should be noted that the history of cooperation of OMGUPSA and FEKT totals 9 years. The management of technical university in Brno hopes for development of partnership and invites for passing of training of graduate students and the scientists who are engaged in a perspective of sliding contact.
It is possible to consider as result of collaboration preparation for the publication of article connected with a perspective of emergence of short circuits of an anchor winding owing to influence of products of destruction of brushes or the processed material. As a whole, I consider a trip productive and I want to thank the management of OMGUPSA and personally professor Kharlamov V. V. for the help in the organization of this training.

I recommend to issue the special cash card for payments with the most favorable rate, to cash money on a minimum. 1000 kroner cash will be enough for monthly training. In my case all payments were at a Central Bank rate (Master Card Corn card). Also will report at a Central Bank rate, anybody will not compensate a difference.

The travel card for a month costs 360 kroner (it is necessary to have at itself the photo 3x4).
Products are on the average twice more expensive, than in Russia.
The outcoming call from local number to Russia costs about 10 rub/min., I recommend to issue roaming of our operators, will be cheaper. I paid 39 rubles per day in 30 minutes entering per day (Megafon).
The minimum budget for a monthly trip - 15 000 kroner (we prepare houses, we work), optimum – 25 000 kroner (we eat in a dining room, we travel).
The vacuum cleaner can use free of charge. Rent of the washing machine to – 30 kroner one loading.
With itself it is necessary to take the iron, a set of towels and to prepare for the potential neighbourhood with the foreign student.
I recommend to visit the technical museum to Brno and the Brnensky zoo.
