Only skilled, responsible and very purposeful head can assume not simply obligations, but also keep the word pledged to them. Vladykin Anatoly , the chairman SHPK-collective farm "Beam" Vavozh district, promised during the presidency to achieve three objectives which, in his opinion, will influence successful development of agricultural enterprise headed by it. Today two of them are already reached.
"Recreation center": Vladykin Anatoly what of the purposes which you set before yourselves, are carried out, and what it is necessary to make for achievement of the third?
A.V.: Really, I set some tasks, which performance for myself, on my strong belief, will allow our collective farm to develop more actively and more surely to look forward.
The first, this quantity of KRS on one working. The ratio has to be more, than three to one, only then profitability becomes sufficient. Today we managed to reach a level when it is the share of each employee of our economy on 3,7 cows.
The second task – to receive productivity of grain not less than 30 centners from hectare. The stern in the necessary types and quantities will allow to prepare it. This boundary was overcome by us in 2014.
And, at last, it will be possible to tell SHPK-collective farm "Beam" if at least 30 tons fall on each working the made about very strong financial base. Here to us still is over what to work: while we are on an indicator in 26 tons.
"Recreation center": Nevertheless by results of 2015 you took the 2nd place in the republic on realization of breeding young growth in this connection Ministry Selskoye economy and food Udmurt Republic made the petition for the announcement to you gratitude on behalf of Chapter Udmurt Republic!
A.V.: The main merit in this achievement belongs to zootechnical service or, in other words, correctly adjusted selection work and productive cooperation with our old business partners in breeding work – State unitary enterprise UR "Mozhgaplem" and JSC "Moskovskoye".
The status of breeding plant which we received in 2013, obliges us to sell annually not less than 10% of the general livestock of cows. At herd in 900 heads we last year made and sold 200, having exceeded this requirement of 222%. And customers address to us from different regions, not only from our republic. Most actively recently we sell our breeding young growth to Perm territory and Nizhny Novgorod.
"Recreation center": Besides animal husbandry, your economy successfully is engaged in grain and potatoes. What of these directions most important today and what is priority for future development?
A.V.: The most important for us today – dairy, it gives the main revenue. As a whole in 2015 we gained 204 million rubles of income, from them a half realization gave . On the average milk yield at us already reach 6782 kilograms therefore and today, and in the future the dairy animal husbandry remains for us the priority direction of development. In current plans – construction of a new farm on 400 heads plus active participation in the republican program "Million Tons Annually by 2020".
On the second place on relevance grain, then potatoes which gave profit earlier, and now due to the lack of realization yields losses. Therefore the plant growing in our economy while will develop generally as a source of forages for support of the main direction – animal husbandry.
