the 32-year-old inhabitant of the Suzdal area Andrey Naumov and the 36-year-old resident of Vladimir Vitaly Skotnov are found guilty of attempt at illegal sale of psychotropic substances in a large size.
It is during the investigation established that in February, 2015 of the man decided to be engaged in sale of psychotropic substances. Among themselves they distributed functions according to which Naumov got large consignments of amphetamine, packaged and stored it, and Skotnov realized psychotropic substance to drug-addicted people.
As reported in the press service of regional prosecutor's office, illegal business existed till August, 2015 and was stopped by narcopolice officers.
During judicial proceedings defendants admitted the guilt and repented. Men admitted that to go to a crime they were pushed by difficult financial position.
The court to Naumov appointed punishment in the form of 6 years 3 months, and to Skotnov – 6 years of imprisonment. They will serve sentence in a corrective colony of a high security.
