Acquaintance to the Kaliningrad gambling zone begins with a trip by a taxi. The public transport there does not go yet, opening of the free bus line — only in plans of owners. But the new highway along which characteristic lamps seagulls are established, is already asphalted. On it we also come to Kulikovo's settlement by a taxi of one of the firms carrying guests in a gambling zone on a special tariff. By 2018 here, in Zelenogradsk the area, there has to be the new Baltic resort which anchor project there is a gambling zone "Amber". Today, on April 14, here present the first object — the gambling institution MAGIC CRYSTAL. It was constructed in only 5 months.
The territory near the first gambling hall is paved by a tile, parking lots of personal motor transport and a taxi are organized. Inside the building is divided into two floors. On everyone there is a hall with slot machines, a bar counter. According to employees of an institution, there are all conveniences to finding of persons with limited opportunities of health. On an entrance — strict control of documents and passports: persons till 18 years are forbidden to play here. Adult public, despite day of presentation, already in a hall. While it is a little of it, the institution did not carry out official opening. After "promotion", on expectations of project managers, in game halls there will be at the same time 200 people.
Game halls are completed with 150 slot machines. Some of them can seem familiar to residents of Kaliningrad. As told during a press conference the director general of JSC Nevelend Alexander Dmitrochenko, the part from them before change of the legislation was used in gambling institutions of Kaliningrad, some — absolutely new. All devices, according to Dmitrochenko, are made in Austria.
JSC Nevelend and its gambling halls — the first residents of a gambling zone near Kaliningrad. They the first and while the only owners of permission to activity implementation on the organization and carrying out games in the zone "Amber". On the allowing document there is a signature of the Minister of Economics of the Kaliningrad region Anastasia Kuznetsova who is personally present at opening of an institution.
"I am not the hazardous person" — Kuznetsova in response to a question admits, whether she is going to play here. Expectations of the minister are connected rather not with own prize, and with sizes of tax revenues. The company works "in a white way" therefore until the end of the year from a tax on gambling activity the budget of area can receive 40 million rubles. Now, according to the company, 7,5 thousand rubles monthly from each slot machine it is transferred into the regional budget. When the institution will start working at full capacity, these tax assignments will significantly grow.
The institution personnel today — about 100 people, the general wages fund — 2 million rubles. In the long term — increase in staff by 2,5 times. It will occur when the second turn of object, according to plans of the management of JSC Nevelend, by the end of the year will be constructed. Here too are going to place slot machines. In plans — strengthening of presence in "Amber", building of the third and fourth turns. On their squares, Alexander Dmitrochenko does not exclude, conditions and for other types of hazardous entertainments will be created.
