The former official in Altai territory is punished for fraud with the land plots. In February of year 2014 Natalya Sh. was appointed to a position of the leading expert KUMIZO Altai territory.
Already in half a year the woman, probably, decided to check how profitable position at her. When inhabitants of the village of Sannikovo addressed to the leading expert with the statement for granting the land plot, the official tried to receive from it illegal material benefit.
Reported that can organize for them an urgent assessment of the land plot. Only appraisers will require additional payment – 15 thousand rubles.
Thus, as it is noted in a court sentence, owing to a post Natalya Sh. authentically knew that actions for an assessment of the land plots will be organized and carried out at the expense of the owner of the land plot, that is at the expense of ADMINISTRATION OF THE PERVOMAYSKY DISTRICT OF THE ALTAI TERRITORY. And acceleration of an assessment was not included in powers of office of the official. Nevertheless, the people misled, transferred the demanded sum into the bill which Natalya Sh. gave.
Besides, the lady tried to deceive one more family, it is illegal to receive from them already 25 thousand rubles. As the people with which money the lady was going to fill up the family budget told in court, they addressed in administration Pervomaysky rayon for receiving the land plot in the village of Beryozovka in rent for house construction. But process was for some reason dragged out. And when began to find out the reason of it, Natalya Sh. explained that interesting their site is already sold to any man who changed the mind now and wishes to sell it.
The official suggested to render them the assistance in acquisition of this site. Thus specified that it will be necessary to pay for the rendered services of 25 thousand rubles. 20 thousand rubles it will be necessary to transfer to the man who bought a site, and 5 thousand rubles – her for paperwork.
Money as the official let know, needed to be given personally to her as she was expressed "as a gift by New year" and to the owner of the land plot. However, applicants for a site began to doubt it will be correct what so to do and addressed in police. As a result the lady was detained.
In court Natalya Sh. did not admit the guilt, justified as could, interpreting events in own favor. But great progress in it did not make.
The court found the former official guilty of fraud. It appointed suspended sentence - 3 years of deprivation with a penalty in the income of the federal budget of 40 000 rubles. The lady had to leave the position.
As the prosecutor of appeal department of prosecutor's office of edge Kireenko Svetlana reported " to newspaper "Altayskaya pravda" ", Natalya Sh. appealed against sentence. But it was left without changes, entered validity.
