Action took place on the ninth of April on the basis of regional Recreation center. The presidium included the member of the Supreme council of Party, the Governor of Kalmykia Alexey Orlov , the first deputy secretary of regional office of Party, the chairman of the National Hural (Parliament) of Kalmykia Saglar Bakinova , the head of the Chernozemelsky area Valery Badmayev , the secretary of Yustinsky local office of Party, the head of the Yustinsky area Yury Ochirov , the member of deputy fraction of Party in parliament of Kalmykia Valery Boldyrev , the regional coordinator partproyekta "The Russian village", the Minister of Agriculture of the republic Baatr Bolayev . Participants of a straw vote acted on a subject of debate in alphabetical order and answered numerous questions of party members, her supporters, inhabitants of areas. Questions concerned development of irrigated agriculture, support of the youth living in a mudflow, increase of financial literacy of the population, efficiency of agrarian and industrial complex, activity of personal subsidiary farms and other spheres. In completion of action participants of a straw vote briefly told about themselves, sounded theses of the programs.
During debate many efficient offers and ideas which then will be presented by regional office of Party to the republic government were heard, the Governor of Kalmykia Alexey Orlov emphasized.
Participation in debate gave the chance to participants of a straw vote to express the opinion on development of agriculture and food security, noted the participant of a straw vote of Anastasius Kravtsov. Her opinion was supported also by the participant of a straw vote Namin Sandzhiyev.
