According to subparagraph 1 of point 1 of article 39.18 of the Land code of the Russian Federation administration of the city settlement – Bezhetsk reports to the Tver region about granting in rent of the following land plots:
- land plot of 1107 sq.m, address (location description): Russia, the Tver region, Bezhetsky area, city settlement – Bezhetsk, Bezhetsk, the residential district " East ", Second St., a site No. 16, with allowed use: for individual housing construction;
- land plot of 1088 sq.m, address (location description): Russia, the Tver region, Bezhetsky area, city settlement – Bezhetsk, Bezhetsk, the residential district " East ", Second St., a site No. 18, with allowed use: for individual housing construction (further in the text – Sites).
Citizens have the right to submit the application for intention to participate in auction on the right of the conclusion of lease contracts of Sites within thirty days from the date of publication of the present notice.
Way of submission of statements: applications are submitted in writing (statements in electronic form are not accepted). Expiration date of reception of statements – 06.05.2016.
Acquaintance with schemes of an arrangement of the land plots on the cadastral plan of the territory according to which it is necessary to form Sites, is carried out to the address: Tver region, Bezhetsk, Pervomaysky Lane, 21, incorporated bank. No. 7, Monday-Thursday: from 09.00 till 18.00 o'clock, Friday: from 09.00 till 17.00 o'clock.
