The government of the Republic of South Africa will protest the resolution which allowed the president of Sudan Omar al-Bashir against whom the international warrant affects arrest in the Constitutional court of the country, to leave the country last June, the Reuters reports with reference to the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of South Africa.

The Sudanese leader is searched by MUS on charges of genocide and the crimes against humanity committed during the conflict in Darfur in 2003. MUS issued the warrant on his arrest in 2009. It was the case of delivery of the resolution first in procedural history MUS on the acting head of state.

Al-Bashir in June of last year visited the Republic of South Africa within the summit of the African Union. The agency notes that the Republic of South Africa recognizes MUS jurisdiction therefore the country is obliged to realize the warrants issued by it on arrest. The agency notes that after a judgment the ruling party "African National Congress" declared that the Republic of South Africa has to leave from under jurisdiction of MUS which the African states accused of bias in relation to the continent countries.

Thus he noted that solutions of MUS are not reflected in the international activity of the Sudanese authorities.
