According to received information, the enterprise carried out illegal production of gasoline and diesel fuel, using capacities of oil refinery. Production of oil products was carried out by mixing of gas condensate with fuel additives. Further the finished goods were realized through own network of gas station.
"As a result of the carried-out searches in production and utility rooms where fuel was produced, collected and stored, 178 t of gas condensate, 29 t of DT, fuel additives and oil mixture were revealed and withdrawn. The total cost of the withdrawn makes 4,2 million UAH", – noted in GFS.
On this fact the criminal proceedings on h are opened. 3 Art. 204 ("illicit manufacturing, storage, sale of excise goods"). The investigation is carried.
As reported OilNews, at the beginning of April the staff of tax police stopped illegal work of three gas stations in the Chernigov area. In total tax specialists withdrew 15,6 thousand l of the liquefied gas, nearly 4,5 thousand l of diesel fuel, 3,65 thousand l of gasoline, and also the equipment which was used for storage and realization of fuels and lubricants. The total cost of the withdrawn goods makes 779 thousand UAH
Also we will remind that in the Kharkov area tax specialists withdrew 13,3 thousand l of gasoline from the villager. As a result of the carried-out search at it 13,3 thousand l of gasoline, the equipment for illegal activity, an additive for fuels and lubricants, barrels and canisters were revealed. The total cost of the withdrawn makes 516 thousand UAH
