Within implementation of the priority national project "Available and Comfortable Housing to Citizens of Russia" by Administration of OKTYABRSKY DISTRICT work on granting housing according to the current legislation at the expense of means of federal and regional budgets, including to disabled people on the general disease and the families having disabled children is conducted.
On April 8, 2016 the head of administration of OKTYABRSKY DISTRICT Alexander MIROSHNIK handed over the contract of social hiring for three-room the apartment with a total area of 72,6 square meters in the new house down the street to the Kunarsky family consisting of 7 people.
" Ya I congratulate you on this znamentalny event for your family. For us it is very important that each inhabitant had the, separate housing. Receiving the apartment - an important step on a way of finding of the real human happiness " — was noted by Alexander Vladimirovich.
This family since 1996 costs on the account as needing premises in a prime order as the large family having the disabled child. The head of the family is recognized as the victim of political repressions, rehabilitated in 1997.
Now about 90 disabled people and the families having disabled children consist on the accounting of living conditions needing improvement in Administration of OKTYABRSKY DISTRICT. Providing with premises will be continued in process of assignment of federal and regional budgets.
