In the settlement of the Stone quarry of Oktyabrsky district passed training seminar " Strategic planning, as an element of management of process of municipal development ", carried out by non-profit partnership " the Center of innovations of municipalities " and the consulting company " of Evrokons ". In action took part the deputy of Legislative Assembly of the Rostov region Ekaterina STENYAKINA (fraction " the UNITED RUSSIA "), heads and the staff of Administration of Oktyabrsky district, regional deputies, heads of settlements, businessmen, representatives of public organizations and associations, active youth and inhabitants of Oktyabrsky district.
Problem of a seminar was to acquaint participants with the basic principles and approaches when developing strategy of development of Oktyabrsky district for the period till 2030, in details to describe technology of process of development of the strategic plan taking into account the most actual problems exciting inhabitants of Oktyabrsky district.
"Strategy 2020 here was developed even earlier, than strategy of all our Don region. The purpose was one – to create the maximum quantity of workplaces, to attract the maximum quantity of investments and to construct as much as possible enterprises in the territory of the Oktyabrsky rural district. And the area succeeded in it. In new strategy till 2030 of the purpose change, now we do not attract investors — the inhabitant of Oktyabrsky district will be the main thing, and strategy becomes socially oriented" — Ekaterina STENYAKINA noted.
