The third congress of deputies of all levels took place in the Ilansky area on Tuesday, April 5 under the auspices of party " the United Russia ". Main goal of congress – discussion of strategy of development of the area.
140 delegates among whom, besides deputies from party "the invited leaders of other political parties and a number of representatives of an asset of the area were the United Russia ", took part in work of congress.
Deputies of Legislative assembly of edge, members of fraction made a speech at congress "as the United Russia " Vladimir Reyngardt and Victor Kardashov.
As told ER.RU the secretary of local office of party "to the United Russia ", the head of the Ilansky area Olga Alkhimenko, any more the first year representatives of party carry out similar congresses under the slogan " Uniform team-uniform responsibility ".
"Our main task – to carry out constructive dialogue between representatives of all political parties in the area most effectively to solve population problems. The purpose of work of any party – wellbeing of inhabitants and territory development", - was noted by Olga Alkhimenko.
Congress began with speech of the deputy of Legislative Assembly, the member of fraction " the United Russia " Vladimir Reyngardt. It read the report on the deputy activity and noted the main areas of work. In particular, called for consolidation of forces of all parties in questions of the solution of problems of the area.
After the first plenary session there began the work discussion platforms. The first platform was devoted to strategy of development of the Ilansky area. Development discussion around national idea of patriotism was the purpose of the second platform. In a consequence, following the results of its work, the decision to start the project about feats and works of outstanding inhabitants of the Ilansky area was made. The third platform considered topical issues of land use. During its work it was decided to declare 2016 for year of purity and improvement, and also to hold regional competition on the purest settlement.
Creation of public council which will be engaged in collecting proposals of citizens on development of territories of the Ilansky area became one of the most important decisions made following the results of work of platforms. Also, for coordination of actions of representative bodies of the area, the coordination council consisting of chairmen of Councils of deputies of the area, the city and rural settlements was created.
Besides discussion platforms, in a break between plenary sessions some exhibitions also worked. Among them – agricultural, sports and a photo exhibition with materials of the previous congresses of the area.
This day deputies of congress also visited the gentleman of the Order of Lenin, the honourable citizen of the Ilansky area Nina Stepanovna Burina. Vladimir Reyngardt handed over to the veteran memorable a gift , and representatives of local office of party " the United Russia " presented to Nina Stepanovna a bunch of flowers.
Congress by a concert of actors of a recreation center of railroad workers from the city of Krasnoyarsk came to the end. The following congress of deputies of the Ilansky area is planned to collect in January, 2017.
