The fact of violation was established during check of performance of the legislation in the sphere of consideration of the address of the citizens, organized in the Ketovsky area the staff of prosecutor's office.
In November of last year the inhabitant of the village Kolesnikovo addressed to the head of the area, but on the address he did not receive the answer in established by the law 30 dnevny term.
This case qualified as an administrative offense "violation of an order of consideration of citizens". According to the decision of world court of the Socks, showing the head of the Ketovsky area, it is brought to administrative responsibility in the form of a penalty of 5 thousand rubles in size.
