The Unified federal register of data on bankruptcy (EFRSB) contains records about 41 companies builders, one of Smolensk construction companies got to this list – LLC "Regiondomstroy" also. Why this builder got into lists of bankrupts, "National" the expert in the sphere of town planning Gulyaev Maxime told.
Authors of the report checked 3,9 thousand developer companies which build housing on all Russian Federation. As a result of research it became clear that on balance of the companies which already are at different stages of procedure of bankruptcy, 207 houses from 37,7 thousand apartments in 25 regions of the country consist.
The greatest number of going bankrupt builders are registered in Moscow. In total developers have to build 96 objects from 19,2 thousand apartments. In Ivanov on balance of the going bankrupt DSK company 8,5 thousand apartments appear. On the third place by amount of unfinished objects there are bankrupt developers Moscow region. Here JSC trade and service complex "Euro-Start" and LLC "RIMEKA" had to build 1,5 thousand apartments, approve RASK and ERZ.
Among construction companies which appear in the Unified federal register of data on bankruptcy, there is also a Smolensk construction company – LLC "Regiondomstroy".
Gulyaev Maxime: "LLC "Regiondomstroy" – the company which was included into structure "Smolensk bank". Developer activity in the sphere was its specialization. RDS owned rather big bank of the earth, also RDS carried out functions of the customer builder and the investor of realized projects. Financing of activity was carried out at the expense of the shareholders, however missing financing on a land acquisition, design, zero cycles and providing a continuity of construction process was carried out by attraction of credit resources in "Smolensk bank" and JSC bank "Askold". As providing on these credits the rights for the areas, not realized served shareholders. After revocation of license of bank and change of the owner of the company problems there began. And further, in the spring the 2015th, came bankruptcy procedure".
