Budget performance of the city of Balashov will discuss at public hearings

On April 19, 2016 at 10.00 o'clock in the building of Council of municipality the city of Balashov to the address of Balashov, K. Marx St., No. 39, incorporated bank. 11 public hearings according to the report on municipality budget performance the city of Balashov for 2015 will take place. The citizens living in the territory of municipality the city of Balashov, having the voting rights, having the right to participate in public hearings for discussion the report on municipality budget performance the city of Balashov for 2015 by means of: • giving to the organizer of public hearings of remarks and offers in writing till day of carrying out public hearings; • giving to the organizer of public hearings of remarks and offers in an oral and (or) written form in day of carrying out public hearings; • direct participation in public hearings. Remarks and offers in writing citizens have the right to submit to the organizer of public hearings of a term from the date of publication of the present decision to " 19 " April, 2016 on the working days from 9.00 till 17.00 to the address: the city of Balashov, K. Marx St., the house 39, reception of Council of municipality the city of Balashov, and also in day of carrying out public hearings in a written and oral form before the end of public hearings in a place of their carrying out. All remarks and the offers presented in due time, are subject to entering into the protocol of public hearings. When carrying out public hearings all participants of public hearings have the right to express the opinion on the report on municipality budget performance the city of Balashov for 2015. All presented by participants of public hearings of the remark and the offer on the report on municipality budget performance the city of Balashov for 2015, submitted for public hearings, are reflected in the conclusion about results of the public hearings, made by the organizer of public hearings.
