Putin only learned lessons from policy of Bush Jr. who banished Talibs, destroyed Saddam Hussein, forced out Syria from Lebanon and compelled Gaddafi to refuse plans for weapons of mass destruction. Without beautiful words, but with fear that the army inspired it.
But for our starry-eyed misters he, clear business, was simply aggressive idiot. Only from 2002 to 2008 in America there were no acts of terrorism.
