The deputy prosecutor of Stavropol Krai Alexander Tylchenko 30.03.2016 checked observance of laws in FKU SIZO-2 UFSIN of Russia across Stavropol Krai.
When checking violations of the law when providing accused in living space in a size of four square meters, by established article 23 of the Federal law No. 103-FZ are established of 15.07.1995. The rights accused on medical and sanitary providing are not observed. Staff of medical part of establishment is not completed in full. Observance of fire safety is not provided.
At circumvention of establishment by the accused holding in custody irrefragable answers on all arisen questions are given.
