Competition is held by committee on business development, the consumer market and questions of work of a city administration of Barnaul, administration of areas, Coordination council of businessmen at a city administration. Winners will determine by the following directions: – Successful Start" – for the beginning SMSP which have achieved considerable results of activity in the period of formation of business (from one to two years) from the moment of the state registration; – " Efficiency and development " – for indicators of economic growth, efficiency of activity, investment appeal, social responsibility; – " Female business " – for the women who are engaged in business activity without formation of legal entity, and women of heads of the enterprises which are carrying out successful business activity; – " Youth business " – for SMSP in which the age of founders and heads does not exceed 30 years, and a share of the founder not less than 50% in authorized capital.
