For participation in a forum representatives of 50 regions gathered. In the program of action thematic round tables on actual problems of forest branch, chelsky economy, construction, trades and spheres of services were declared. To discussion at plenary session with which the forum opened, Nerushay Svetlana, the chairman Committee on development of small, medium business and consumer market Leningrad region was invited. It became the only representative of the government in brisk discussion of problems small businesses to Russian Federation. Such celebrated personalities took part in conversation, as Khodachek Alexander, the president of Federal state autonomous educational institution of higher professional education "National research university "High school ekonomiki" SPb, Boldyrev Youri - the economist, the publicist, the member of editorial council " of the Russian economic magazine ", Tsyplyaev Sergei, the president of Fund " the Republic ", the chairman of "Small Business of Russia Party" Youri Pavlovich Sidorov, and also the director of JSC <2> State farm of a name of Lenin " Pawel Nikolaevich Grudinin.
To Russian Federation the share small businesses in national economy occupies only 23%. It is not enough in comparison with the developed countries where it reaches 90% as to Germany. But judging even according to the forum name, his organizers consider that small business to Russian Federation now represents that force which can become a support of domestic economy.
Nerushay Svetlana presented to participants of a forum presentation which demonstrates as to Leningrad Region measures of the state support small businesses are realized and what it has results today. She answered also the questions, one of which - from the representative of Republic of Adygea - was about why Leningrad Region does not extend the experience to other regions Russian Federation.
