Department of the Federal Antimonopoly Service on Moscow checked Forward Media Group publishing house magazines then initiated 13 proceedings which concern the advertizing models placed with violation , is reported on a department site.
"In the Moscow OFAS initiated the first 13 proceedings on results of check of Forward media group publishing house. The first proceedings initiated as a result of check, concern 20 advertizing models which are not accompanied by obligatory marks "advertizing" or "as advertizing", - is spoken in
the OFAS reminds that advertizing in the periodic printing editions which are not specializing on messages and materials of advertizing character, surely has to be accompanied by such mark. Advertizing volume in such editions has to make no more than 40% of volume of one number.
IDES of Forward Media Group issues to Russian Federation magazines of Zhurnal Hello! "Mine baby and I", "Interyer%2vdizayn". In December of last year Federal Antimonopoly Service satisfied the petition LLC "GLOSS MEDIA" which only founder is Deripaska Paulina, about acquisition of 100% of LLC "FMG".
