The day before, on March 16, in Office of the Federal Bailiff Service of the Chechen Republic at a round table discussed the problem questions arising at collecting debts of various categories.

Opening work of a round table, the chief bailiff of the Chechen Republic Abdoul Alaudinov reported that now on execution in Management there are over 168 thousand executive productions on collecting penalties of traffic police, taxes, credit payments, insurance premiums and other types of debts.
Abdoul Alaudinov declared that only common efforts it is possible to achieve the effective termination arriving on execution in Service of documents, and also expeditious performance of orders of the Head of ChR R. A. Kadyrov on replenishment of the budget of the republic.
Participants of meeting expressed to p readiness to give all support to employees of UFSSP on ChR in their activity.
Should notethat during a round table the main emphasis was placed on work on identification of the debtors who are owners of vehicles.
– According to our data, more than 60 thousand debtors concerning which executive productions of different categories are excited, are owners of motor transport. Generally it is citizens who have a debt on traffic police penalties, municipal debts, taxes and insurance premiums. Therefore since the beginning of year bailiffs together with employees UGIBDD the Ministry of Internal Affairs on ChR carry out active work on identification of debtors – car owners, applying the electronic programs "Road Police Officer" and "Mobile Search", – Abdoul Alaudinov told.
In the performances participants of a round table noted positive results of the adjusted interaction, sounded problem questions, and also brought a number of offers on activization of further work, including about the conclusion of additional Agreements and creation of the new working groups for expeditious interaction.
In particular, the head of UFNS on ChR Movsar Tsamayev made the offer to organize the working group of number of staff of the department who together with bailiffs will participate in "road raids" on identification of the drivers having debts on tax payments.
the Head of the Office of the Federal Migration Service on ChR Sakhab Zakriyev in the performance noted that it is necessary to pay special attention to work with debtors – violators of traffic regulations as in this case it is a question not simply of collecting penalties and budget replenishment, and of prevention and decrease in road and transport violations.
Within a round table the presentation of the "Databank of Executive Productions" service published on the official website of UFSSP on ChR www.r20.fssprus.ru took place.
by means of this service any citizen can check existence behind it of debt, and even to pay off. Also present work of the FSSP mobile application which everyone can establish free of charge on the smartphone or the tablet computer was shown.
Summing up the results of a round table, Abdoul Alaudinov addressed to participants of a meeting with a request to acquaint the subordinates and colleagues with work of the information services helping quickly to learn about existence of debts, UFSSP press service on ChR reports.
