Court of Oktyabrsky district of the city of Grozny of the Chechen Republic pronounced a sentence concerning the inhabitant of Grozny of C-M. Zuziyeva of 1983 year of birth who is accused of illegal acquisition and storage without sales objective of drugs in a large size as reported in Management of FSKN of Russia on the Chechen Republic.

the Consequence it is established that C-M. Zuziyev being in the settlement Surkhakhi of the Nazran area of the Republic of Ingushetia, illegally got heroin weighing not less than 2,78 grams. It got this substance for personal consumption without sales objective. During operational search action by employees of UFSKN of Russia for ChR in Oktyabrsky district of Grozny Zuziyev was detained on suspicion in illicit trafficking in drugs. At inspection of motor transport detained on a driver's and passenger forward seat the transparent polymeric bag and a paper parcel from a piece of a book leaf were found, in each of which there was a powdery substance of gray-beige color.
The man is sentenced to four years and six months of imprisonment with punishment serving in a corrective standard regime penal colony.
