In Salekhard the former director of the municipal enterprise is suspected by h3 of non-execution of duties of the tax agent. By consequence it is established that from 2013 to 2015 the head of "Salekhardremstroy" did not list a tax on the income of the natural persons, withheld of a salary of employees of the enterprise. Criminal case is brought.
- At present the sum of not paid taxes — more than 49 million rubles. Are appointed judicial, accounting examination. Other investigative, procedural actions on establishment of circumstances, conditions of commission of crime are carried out — Dmitry Borovikov, the head of investigative department of the city of Salekhard of SU of SK of Russia across the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Area commented.
