the Director of institute Victor Chupin reported that this direction gained development thanks to to the competition "Erasmus %2B" within the project "Development remote and full-time tuition of the program of a professional bachelor degree "Power efficiency and environmental friendliness of buildings in the Russian Federation, Azerbaijan and China".
Partners of the project are the National university of arts and crafts – CNAM (Paris, France), the Center of training and professional retraining of GIPFIPAG (Eybens, France), the Center of development and introduction of the European practice (Sofia, Bulgaria). The academic and resource support is given the International university of telecommunications (Rome, Italy), by Association of management of national conservatory of arts and crafts Ron Alps (Lyon, France), University of Seville (Spain), the Higher polytechnical school (Leipzig, Germany), Polytechnical university of Pavia and Polytechnical institute of Turin (Italy).
from Azerbaijan and China participants of the project are the Azerbaijani technical university and the Azerbaijani university of Architecture and construction (Baku), Sumgaitsky state university (Sumgait), technological universities of Harbin, Dalyan and Beijing. As the project coordinator in Russia the Northeast federal university of a name of Ammosov (Yakutsk) acts, interest to the project showed the Siberian university of transport (Novosibirsk), the Tuva state university (Kyzyl), IRNITU, Far East federal university (Vladivostok), the Ural state Mining University (Yekaterinburg) and the Yakut municipal and construction technical school.
the First coordination meeting on the Erasmus %2B program in Irkutsk national research technical university took place on March 4. Participants of action became the director of sector of international relations of academy Grenoble (France) Jean Noël Pasch and directors of two IRNITU institutes Victor Chupin and Vadim Fedchishin , the representing construction and power direction. As were noted by Victor Chupin, for Russia participation in the similar educational project has special value as the country is in a difficult climatic zone, especially it concerns regions of Siberia and the Far East.

Within three years of implementation of the project should train and retrain teachers, to create preparation programs, courses and textbooks including remote, to provide a technological platform for power efficiency. As the main result of the project it is planned remotely or to train internally according to the new program about 160 students and 50 professionals.
Victor Chupin emphasized that is especially interesting to Institute of architecture and IRNITU construction by strong a practical component of the program as applied character of programs of a bachelor degree gains the increasing popularity: "Realization of a practical component of training is represented to us in the form of creation of basic chair on production where we joint efforts could develop channelized and teach students to professional skills".
