On the basis of the order of the head of administration of the settlement Omsukchan the one-room apartment for a period of 1 year according to the employment contract is provided to the specified citizen that subsequently formed the basis for removal in its December, 2014 from the account as needing the premises provided on the contract of social hiring.
at the time of carrying out check period of validity of the employment contract expired p, however the contract of social hiring with the citizen is not signed.
