Two inhabitants of Rancho of Cordoba - Haik Kurdoglanyan and Artem Sargsyan are arrested by representatives of law enforcement agencies on suspicion in creation of obstacles for execution of official duties of staff of traffic police, transfers Day.Az with reference to NEWS.am.

As are reported today by the press center of the district of the sheriff of Sacramento, 25-year-old Haik Kurdoglanyan and 34-year-old Artem Sargsyan were detained on February 28th after tried to blind the pilot a laser beam from the earth. As it is emphasized in the press release, "jokers" are expected by criminal liability. Danger of powerful lasers is that, having got on a retina of an eye of the pilot, they blind them and even for a while can make the person incapacitated.
