The Magdagachinsky district court considered administrative case on the statement of claim of Yury Kolesnikov to regional council of People's Deputies. As it is told in the message on a court site, in satisfaction of claim requirements of Yury Kolesnikov it is refused full volume.
the Former head of the area Sergey Prilipko went to resignation on February 19, 2015. Before resignation the head had a conflict with regional council of deputies. On July 3 in the district elections and heads of the area, and the head of the settlement Magdagachi took place. Both cases were won by representatives of "Just Russia". 8 of 14 deputies of regional council voted for Yury Kolesnikov. Tygda's head Nikolay Mamutin was Kolesnikov's opponent. Right after it opponents challenged results of vote. On July 6 deputies brought together on new vote, a reason for it was the statement of some people's deputies who reported that Yury Kolesnikov put upon them pressure. This time were won by Mamutin. Five deputies in protest left vote.
Yury Kolesnikov appealed to court which suspended resolution action of July 6 about election of the head of the Magdagachinsky area. On July 22 the district court considered claims of both candidates – Yury Kolesnikov and Nikolay Mamutin – both resolutions on election of heads were recognized illegal and invalid. At the end of July in the district passed meeting a protest against repeated vote. People demanded, including to return national elections.
on September 25 in Magdagachinsky regional council again held elections. This time 13 deputies from 15 voted for the former head of administration of Tygda Nikolay Mamutin.
In February, 2016 in Magdagachinsky district court appointed preliminary hearing according to the administrative statement of claim of Yury Kolesnikov to regional council of People's Deputies. Kolesnikov for the second time appealed to court, now – with a request to cancel results of elections of September 25 and to nullify the resolution on election of the head of the area.
