The prosecutor's office of Krasnoyarsk Krai revealed violations of the legislation on corruption counteraction in activity of regional public institutions of culture. In particular, establishments broke standards of the legislation on purchases and about the conflict of interests at the conclusion of transactions with the organizations.
toAs reported in the press service of regional prosecutor's office, by results of representation of the prosecutor the Minister of Culture Elena Mironenko brought to a disciplinary responsibility of 15 heads of establishments.
In addition, for non-execution of the legislation on corruption counteraction to a disciplinary responsibility in the form of reprimand brought the First Deputy Minister of Culture Tatyana Veselina.
