The prosecutor's office of the Tomsk region brought representation to the governor in connection with violations in work of police, bodies of health care and formation of the region which were revealed when checking incident with beating by mother to death of the seven-year-old child in Tomsk, the regional prosecutor Victor Romanenko reported.
"Brought to the governor of the Tomsk region representation for inadequate work of department of health care. Were elicited the facts that since July, 2015 mother of the child repeatedly addressed in health care bodies, said that the child fell though it was possible to call in question her words. But bodies of health care did not address anywhere", - transfers TASS Romanenko's statement.
Also supervising department revealed defects in work of the inspector on affairs of minors on a site where there was an incident. According to the prosecutor, to him addresses from neighbors arrived, but decisions on refusal in initiation of affairs were made. "Materials concerning the inspector are sent to investigative body", - Romanenko added.
Besides, the prosecutor's office has claims to the school management because the child it did not visit a long time.
