Vladivostok, on February 10, PrimaMedia. Members of public advisory council concerning health in Primorsky Krai supported change of the law on regulation of retail of alcoholic products. Having weighed everything pros and cons, they supported an exception of 1,5 years of the document of only one word operating already. , the federal law "About state regulation of production and a turn of ethyl alcohol, alcoholic and alcohol-containing products and about restriction of consumption (drinking) of alcoholic products" established a ban on sale of alcoholic products in the children's, educational, medical organizations, on objects of sports and in territories adjoining to them. But Primorsky Krai went further and set additional restrictions: since 2014 it is forbidden to sell alcohol not only in the above-mentioned organizations, but also in buildings where they settle down.
Now many supermarkets and catering establishments settle down in large shopping centers, where the mass of other organizations. But if in the same building appears the stomatologic or cosmetology salons having the license for implementation of medical activity, it becomes impossible to trade in alcohol at once. Considering that the spaces occupied by supermarkets and grocery shops much more than at what physicians work, at once it becomes clear whom the lessor will ask on an exit. It is known that only in Vladivostok with three medical organizations already terminated the lease contract because of presence of the word "medical" at the law.
