For improvement of system of the state support of culture and art, preservation and development of the Russian school of performing arts and traditions of art education I decide :
1. To establish that:
and) grants President of the Russian Federation in the field of culture and art are paid by p to annually creative collectives and the educational organizations for the list according to the appendix;
) the general amount of budgetary appropriations of the federal budget on payment of grants - 5301 million rubles a year.
2. to Government of the Russian Federation:
and) to determine by p the size of a grant President of the Russian Federation in the field of culture and the art paid to each recipient, recognizing that it there cannot be lower than a size of the state support given in 2015 to creative collectives and the educational organizations, called in the annex to the present Decree;
) to bring the acts into accord with the present Decree.
3. To recognize become invalid:
point 2 and subparagraphs "in" and "" of point 4 of the Decree President of the Russian Federation (Collection of the legislation Russian Federation, 2013, N 19, Art. 2379);
the subparagraph "and" point 1 of the Decree President of the Russian Federation of November 13, 2014. N 721 "About modification of the Decree President of the Russian Federation of May 7, 2013 N 460 "About measures of the state support of culture and art" (Collection of the legislation Russian Federation, 2014, N 46, Art. 6330).
4. The present Decree comes into force with
on January 1, 2016
