STS created new controlling structure

The media holding CTC Media, Inc. is compelled to sell the most part of assets because of new requirements of the legislation Russian Federation. These norms forbid the foreign companies to own more than 20 percent of shares in the Russian mass media. CTC Media, Inc. became the largest media company Russian Federation which got under this restriction.
