Public prosecutor's check is established that in the territory of combine the waste of sawmilling occupying the space about 3,5 hectares which the last some months smolder are located. Besides, as a result of laboratory researches of quality of the air, conducted FBU "The Hygiene and Epidemiology Center in Krasnoyarsk Krai", is registered excess of standard of the content of carbon oxide in atmospheric air in residential areas near combine. Near st. of 26 Baku commissioners, 26 this indicator exceeds norm by 1,01-1,23 times, and on Solnechnaya St., 2 – by 1,014-1,418 times.
the Owner of the land plot on whom the combine stores sawmilling waste, is the administration of Krasnoyarsk, and the combine uses now a site, without having signed in the order of the lease contract established by the law. However the administration did not take necessary measures for release of a site and elimination of a dump of waste. As a result the Krasnoyarsk nature protection prosecutor brought to the head of Krasnoyarsk representation with the requirement about acceptance of immediate measures for ignition elimination.
